Mr porter 13 reasons why
Thirteen Reasons Why - Was Hannahs death Mr. Porters fault? Showing 1-43 of 43You certainly put a lot of responsibility on a high school junior. This is a child were talking about. If a child says they do not need help, do we just let them go? If a toddler insists on walking across a busy street themselves, do we just watch them from afar? No. We take action. We recognize the fact that they have taken on more than they can handle, and we help them. We give them support. We care for them. This is not only Mr. Porters responsibility as an educator, but all of our responsibilities as human beings, to recognize the signs that someone needs help and get them what they need. Hannah needed help, she needed support. She couldnt be her own savior because she was firmly under the belief that she wasnt worth saving. But others can. Perhaps youre right. Maybe people do need to be their own salvation. But whos to say they cant get a little help recognizing that they even have the power to do so?

Netflix will be releasing 13 Reasons Why season three on Friday, August 23 with 13 new instalments. Season three of the teen drama will be focusing on a murder mystery and trying to find out who killed Bryce Walker played by Justin Prentice. There have been lots of theories floating about and one potential suspect is Liberty High counsellor Kevin Porter Derek Luke. However, Mr Porter seemed to brush her off and so Hannah felt alone and unable to deal with her pain any longer. However, could Mr Porter have come back to take revenge on Bryce after still feeling guilt-ridden? Mr Porter clearly cares about the students and even tried to help Justin Foley Brandon Flynn deal with his troubling home life.
Parents, educators, and mental health professionals have all had about a month to catch up on 13 Reasons Why , the latest Netflix series to catch a substantial amount of buzz. As it seems likely the controversial show will be renewed for a second season, experts have continued to express concerns about its graphic depictions of rape and suicide—and its messaging about the latter, wondering if the show could possibly do more harm than good. A common concern expressed among high school psychologists is that the show's revenge plot—the self-inflicted death of a student posthumously teased out over thirteen stories dedicated to the handful of people who wronged her—glorifies and sensationalizes suicide. I'd take that a step further and suggest the show romanticizes mental illness altogether. There's something Tumblr-esque about the way Hannah Baker spoke of depression on her suicide tapes—her every thought poignant, her poetry profound and prophetic for a year-old.
